No Promotion of Other Courses or Communities: Members are prohibited from promoting other courses, programs, or communities, regardless of their relevance to the course subject matter.
Maintain Respectful Communication: There is a zero-tolerance policy for derogatory remarks or disrespectful language.
All communications must be conducted with courtesy and professionalism.
No Public Refund Discussions: All inquiries or discussions regarding refunds must be directed privately to course administrators, rather than in the group chat.s
No Bullying or Harassment: Any form of bullying, harassment, or intimidation toward other members is strictly prohibited. Members are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect.
Stay Positive and Constructive: Members are encouraged to welcome diverse opinions and engage in healthy debates; however, overly negative or pessimistic thoughts that may adversely affect group morale should be avoided.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. Sharing personal information or group chat conversations with non-members is not allowed.
Consequences for Violations: Members who violate these guidelines will be subject to apprehension and removal from the community.
11.) Refund Policy
